About Us
The Sandcooker Thermal Reclamation System has been designed by G. J. Deckebach LLC. George Deckebach is the manager of the company.
Mr. Deckebach has devoted his entire career to the metalcasting industry. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in engineering, he has worked in many different capacities within the foundry industry. He started his career as a plant metallurgist, and ended his full time responsibilities as co-founder and President of a gray and ductile iron foundry. He also served on the Board of Directors for, and as President of the Ohio Cast Metals Association.
During the course of his career, he has designed and built green and no-bake sand delivery systems, continuous mixers, mold handlers, mold carousels, binder calibration equipment, and electrical demand control equipment. The Thermal Sand Reclaimer is protected by U.S. Patent No. 9,080,081.
